Jack was so excited to be starting as a wizard’s apprentice, and to be allowed to bring Max his dog with him – Max was his best friend after all.
But, when his dog accidentally got turned into a boy, Jack’s problems really began.
He would have to try to teach Max how to act like a boy, keep him out of trouble (like burying bones or chasing sticks), and try to stop Wilberforce the wizard from finding out the mistake… all while trying to find a way of changing Max back into a dog.
